How Long to Nap [Infographic]
Napping is one of life’s greatest gifts. When I was in college I was a professional napper and became quite good at it. The problem with napping is that if you nap too long you wake up feeling more tired and for me a little disoriented. I use to sleep for three hours in the afternoon and wake up at dinner time feeling confused.
The key to any nap is finding the right amount of time to sleep. According to this infographic you should at least try and get 10 to 20 minutes of sleep which is often referred to as a power nap. These are usually what most people need to help recharge their brain and get their energy back.
