The first of which is to stop and breath deeply, relax that tension. Secondly, remember to break down problems into manageable pieces. They often aren’t so scary when they’re smaller problems. Third, remember to stay active and exercise, which is a great tip for us all. Remember to keep a sense of humor, laughter is often the best medicine. And lastly, take breaks.
