Many of our foods contain vitamins that our bodies need to function. Sometimes we have deficiencies in some of these vitamins because we do not eat enough of the right foods. We can also get too much of a vitamin which can cause health problems.

I like the amount of detailed information that this infographic shows because it details what each vitamin does for our bodies and the risks if we get to much. The recommended daily intake is also available so you can be sure your not getting to much.

I love you eat meat but if you eat too much meat with Niacin you can have gastrointestinal diseases. It is important to be aware of the risks in eating too much of a certain food. I don’t believe it is a secret that many of the diseases we as humans have today come from what we eat. The preservatives and chemicals in our food your meant to make the food shelf life longer while trimming down our own shelf life.

The lesson here is to be aware of what you’re eating and make sure you are getting the right amount of vitamins to maintain a healthy body.
